How we work

We build with you, not for a market of a thousand.

We are early and deliberately focused. We take on a small number of founding partners and build the infrastructure with them, on their real world.

Delivery cadence
Scope · Build · Deploy · Evolve
01

Scope

Weeks one and two. We sit with your officers and map the function: workflows, escalation paths, report formats, and what your examiner expects to see.

02

Build

From day one of agreed scope. Construction starts in our own environment, against synthetic casework, never your data. Your officers see working software every week, and what they see on Friday shapes what exists by the next one.

03

Deploy

When your environment is ready. The finished system deploys into your own AWS account and goes live in shadow mode: running alongside your existing process on real work, producing nothing binding, while your officers judge it. Your data only ever exists inside your perimeter.

04

Evolve

After go-live, continuously. When a rule changes, a new obligation lands, or your officers want the system to work differently, you talk to the people who built it, not a ticket queue. Changes are built in our environment, released to yours, and promoted only when you accept them.

On speed

Speed applies to construction, never to judgment. We compress build time, not review time. Your officers review at the pace the casework demands, and nothing carries a decision without their signature.

On continuous change

Continuous does not mean uncontrolled. Every release is versioned and documented, nothing enters your environment without your acceptance, and every decision record notes the system version that produced it. When an examiner asks why the system behaved the way it did last March, you answer with the March system, not the current one.

How it ships
Stage 01 / Our environment

Designed, built and hardened

We build and harden the system in our own environment, against synthetic casework, so you are never carrying half-finished work in yours.

No production data. Ever.

Stage 02 / Your AWS environment

Runs in your walls

The finished build deploys into your own AWS account and goes live in shadow mode first: real work, nothing binding, your officers judging. We have no path to decrypt your data.

What a founding partner gets
01

Direct influence over what gets built, on your real program.

02

The person building it on the other end of the line, not a support queue.

03

Infrastructure shaped to your institution, not configured around someone else’s.

04

Recognition as a founding reference for the work.

Help shape it, rather than inherit it.
